I've carefully rinsed the nail varnish remover off with plain old water.
After another drying session under the painting lamp, I've reglued the hand and painted thinned black on the bare metal.
On the feral vamp I have washed the bronzed armour in Badab Black and given some darker colour to the recessed muscle and highlighted a lot lighter on the raised areas.
Not been able to comment much as I have been away but I have been reading...
ReplyDeleteFirstly the feral vamp looks AWSOME, very much how I imagined he would turn out when I first saw the unpainted mini.
I also cant say that I am sorry to see the paint disappear from the other one in preparation for another attempt. I kind of imagined him being a partner piece to the Avatars of War Vamp that was converted but don't know if all the muscular detail would work?
